Design Flow
The organizer's dual role became the center of our design work: one system needed to serve someone simultaneously running a session and playing in it. We framed the challenge as a single question:
“How might we help a tournament organizer resolve scoring disputes clearly and fairly, so that games keep moving and every result is trusted?”
Our answer was a single dispute-resolution system connecting the player who reports a score, the opponent who can flag it, and the organizer who resolves it — all working from the same recorded facts. We moved this system through three fidelity stages, from rough sketches to an interactive mid-fidelity prototype to a polished high-fidelity screen, testing and adjusting the flow at each stage.
